How Does the System Work?

You are not permitted to disclose and share any personal information (including email address or phone number) with Authors who request work with you directly outside of our Service. Messages containing fake words and phrases will be automatically blocked by our system and will not be seen by us. If you are caught sharing your personal information, the order will automatically "Finish" and there will be no further investigation or compensation options. These types of cases are seen as an attempt to defraud our service.
When a work order is created by a Client, the Consultant will continuously monitor the progress of the work and the Client may contact via e-mail to obtain this information. BestofCV is not responsible in any way for the Client's finding or inability to find a job. The service provided is for the purpose of increasing the chances of the Client to find a job, but it is not guaranteed or undertaken in any way. This issue will be associated with the Customer's own performance and quality.
BestofCV only applies on behalf of the Client during the distribution of their CVs to Recruitment Agencies. Apart from this, BestofCV is in no way responsible for the applications made by the Customer to find a job.
You do not have the right to request any service from BestofCV, other than those specified in the "Service Details" section below. The way the service is provided is also determined solely by BestofCV. It cannot be changed by personal comments.
BestofCV does not send customers to any country in any way. While it does not guarantee clients a job, it does not find a job.
BestofCV does not have any follow-up responsibility for the Client's employment processes, except for completing the consultancy services purchased by the Client. "Adding Your CV to Recruitment Agencies" service is also included in the matter stated in this article. It is only undertaken to deliver the CV to Recruitment Agencies.
BestofCV communicates with the customer via e-mail during the construction and revision of the service purchased by the customer. However, after the service is completed with the approval of the customer (CV, cover letter, LinkedIn) or the periods in article 3.5 have been exceeded, and the customer contact BestofCV for suggestions, assistance or requests; BestofCV reserves the right not to send an e-mail and refuse to respond at its discretion.
Our services include 4 Main Packages: “Starter’s Pack”, “Professional Pack”, “Premium Pack” and “European Pack” and 4 Additional Packages: “Adding Your CV to Recruitment Agencies”, “Interview Coaching”, “Relocation Consultancy”, and “Express Delivery”. Only “Relocation Consultancy” service can be used seperately and all others may be used in addition to purchasing one of the main packages.

CV Writing and Editing: Rewriting and editing your CV according to BestinCV knowledge and European criteria.
Making it Suitable for the Job / Position You Are Interested In: During the rewriting of your CV, you will be asked for information about the job postings and positions you are interested in, and your CV will be arranged accordingly.
Cover Letter: Writing, editing and presenting the cover letter document you need to use in your European applications as a special draft.
LinkedIn Editing: Rewriting the client's LinkedIn profile according to professional standards and to attract the attention of headhunters.
Thank you and Follow-up Mails: Delivery of the necessary e-mail drafts and explanations to the Customer for this method, which is applied according to BestofCV knowledge.
Adding your CV to Recruitment Agencies: Delivery of your documents which were edited by BestofCV to the partner recruitment agencies via email or by hand. By purchasing this service or the main packages that the service is included in, you will allow BestofCV to share your documents with third parties. It is guaranteed by BestofCV that your documents will be sent to at least 2 Recruitment Agencies.
Interview Coaching: A 50-minute Skype video interview is held and interview training is given to prepare you for your English interview.
Relocation Consultancy: Consultancy service is provided over 50 minutes Skype video call regarding the ways suitable for you to relocate to Europe, the latest visa status of the countries and the creation of your career/preparation plan.
Express Delivery: If you purchase this service, which you can add on the main packages as an additional package “CV Writing and Editing, Making it Suitable for the Job / Position You Are Interested In, Cover Letter, LinkedIn Editing, Thank you and Follow-up Mails” services will be delivered to you within 48 to 72 hours, provided that you send your answers promptly.
The Singularity of Our Services
Anyone who wants to get service from BestofCV can purchase a maximum of 1 Main Package via one mail account. Even if they are in the same family, more than one Main Package cannot be purchased for different people through the same mail. Every person who wants to purchase a service must be a member of the site and purchase the service through their own account.
Invalidity of the Service Purchased
In the event that a service purchased from the BestofCV is not used for 1 month (30 days) from the date of purchase, our e-mails sent are not answered during this period, and our service cannot progress due to such Customer-related reasons, and because this will disrupt other works of BestofCV, at the end of 1 month, the service will be deemed completed by showing the violation of the Terms of Use Agreement.
Service Durations
BestofCV is obliged to complete all of the “CV Writing and Editing, Making it Suitable for the Job / Position You Are Interested In, Cover Letter, LinkedIn Editing, Thank you and Follow-up Mails” services within 45 days. In the emails sent at this stage, if there is a reply exceeding 5 days in the e-mails sent by the Customer, BestofCV's responsibility for the duration is removed and the delay will be deemed to be caused by the Customer.
The time of “Adding your CV to Recruitment Agencies, Interview Coaching, Relocation Consultancy” services should be determined with the mutual aggreement of BestofCV and the customer. In these services, BestofCV gives the Customer the right of using these services within 1 year (365 days). Services not used during this period will be deemed to have been used by the Customer.
Paymenyts, Taxes and Refund
When the services of BestofCV are selected by the customer, they become active with the payment. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Service within 3 business days after payment. In this case, the remaining amount will be returned to you within 3-10 business days. But, if BestofCV has finished some parts of the services, the fees of the works that have already finished more than %50 will be cut from your payment.
For the documents sent to you, the document will be deemed to be approved by you with the approval given to us through any channel or with a 5-day non-response. Within these 5 days, you can request revision by providing feedback through any reasonable channel.
Chargeback (objection to a payment submitted by a Customer to a card issuer or financial institution) and any subsequent cancellation orders are made by the payment product issuer or third parties (such as payment processors), not by us. We have to follow such instructions. You agree that we will have the right to recourse from you any deductions made at this chargeback stage.
If you initiate any chargeback request or any other "Information Request" or similar action, you expressly acknowledge and agree that we will post any information regarding your acceptance of these terms and conditions to invalidate such chargeback request.
You are responsible for paying all taxes, including any services or value added taxes that may be applicable, subject to the jurisdiction of the services provided.
Depending on your residence or location, you may be subject to certain valorem or other taxes on certain fees we charge from us. These taxes will be added to the charges, if any, to you.
You agree that you must comply with your obligations under the income tax provisions in your jurisdiction.
Money Back Guarantee
Because there are often unique reasons for refunds requesting, we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we may ask for documented evidence that your order is of poor quality (eg scanned copy of your instructor's feedback, plagiarism report, etc.). If you need to request a refund, we will immediately suspend your order and forward it to our Quality Assurance Department (QA). The Payback Period starts on the date of payment for the Service by the Customer and ends on the last day of the Payback Period. We offer 3 business days to request a refund in case you abandon the order ("Payback Period"). Once the Refund Period has expired, we will not be able to fully refund the amounts paid.
BestofCV Contract Cancellation Right
Services can be purchased by anyone without any supervision on the Site. However, in the event of the following situations, these purchased Services may be canceled later by BestofCV, together with the refund;
Any disrespect by the customer: use of any slang, swearing, etc.
The Customer has too little qualification to get enough efficiency from the service (This article aims to protect the Customer).
If the customer currently purchases any of the packages to apply for a job in Europe and is not able to apply to Europe due to insufficient existing qualifications, BestofCV may cancel the commercial relationship with this person for this reason. With the insufficiency of the existing qualifications of the customer, it is intended to explain the following: "The customer is not at least fluent in a foreign language and is not capable of participating in an interview", "The customer's professional experience is not suitable for BestofCV's field of work"
Misleading BestofCV and sharing false information in the information provided by the customer.

Our Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or non-infringement of intellectual property. In no event will our services be liable for damages (including, without limitation, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of information) caused by the use or inability to use materials; unauthorized access or use of our secure servers and / or; any and all personal information and / or financial information stored therein; errors, viruses, trojan horses and / or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our site by any customer or other third party; any errors or omissions in any content or caused by the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise used through our site. Controversial Cases / Disputes
Any action or judicial proceeding for the enforcement of this agreement or any of its provisions will be initiated in the competent jurisdiction courts of the Netherlands.
